Michael Adler

Michael Adler, serves as Strategic Advisor to our firm. He is a senior level executive with extensive strategic, operating and investment experience. He currently serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of Altus Equity and a board member of the North Bay Angels, where he chairs its Mezzanine Finance Committee. Prior to that, he served as Chairman, and CEO of MotoPhoto, Inc., a publicly traded NASDAQ company that operated and franchised 450 retail imaging centers in three countries.

Mike's numerous past and current community activities include serving as a Board Member or Trustee of the Santa Rosa, CA Habitat for Humanity, the Dayton Art Institute, City Wide Development (Chairman), the National Center for Industrial Competitiveness, the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, Sinclair Community College, the Ohio Building Authority, and the Mayor's Council on Economic Development, to name a few.

His political activities have included: Congressman Tony Hall Campaign Chairman, Senator Howard Metzenbaum Campaign, Montgomery County Chairman, Governor Richard Celeste Campaign, Montgomery Finance Co-Chairman, Montgomery County Democratic Party Exec. Committee, Screening Committee, and Finance Chairman, and Tom Roberts, State Legislature Campaign Chairman.

Michael has earned numerous community service awards, including the Jewish Community Council, the Dr. Allan L. Wasserman Memorial Leadership Award, the City of Dayton, "Community Service" Award, the Jaycee Award, the "Top Ten Outstanding Young Men" for Montgomery County, the National Association of Counties for Strategic Planning, the William B. Cockcroft Form on Free Enterprise Award, and the Executive of the Year, Dayton Business Journal.

Michael earned a Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University College of Law, and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Ohio State.
